A Royal Affair has one of the most boring titles in history and doesn't seem to have had much attention when it was released in the UK in June, yet positive reviews keep popping up here and there and its IMDb average of 7.7/10 is more than respectable. The film won the Silver Bear at Berlin and is one of three films on Denmark's shortlist for submission for the Best Foreign Film Academy Award. The trailer looks pretty tasty. A DVD release is scheduled for October.
