Today, Trailer Of The Week marks the birthday of everyone's favourite tabloid bothering toff, Hugh Grant. And what better way to celebrate a birthday than in the time-honoured TOTW tradition of dredging up some dreck from the dim-and-distant past? Grant has a couple of corkers but nothing gets close to this mad offering for 1988's The Lair Of The White Worm (NSFW), complete with crazy soundtrack choice, Hammer-inflected costumes, a guest appearance by Peter 'Malcolm fucking Tucker' Capaldi and a fair amount of breasts. It also, rather perfectly, looks as though it has come straight from the VHS copy of the film. Watch to the end for two shockers; the reveal of the director and two horrendously brilliant one-liners.
