Trailer Of The Week - Week #41 - Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit

My first impressions of this is that yet another perfectly decent franchise is getting an action buggering. The Jack Ryan films, even including The Sum Of All Fears up to a point, were cerebral Thrillers about people shouting at each other in rooms. Occasionally a fight broke out. Very rarely did the top floor of a building blow up or several cars smash into each other and even more rarely did those things happen at the hand of the protagonist. Jack Ryan does Die Hard? I'd rather he just stay behind his desk.
